Refunds and Cancellation
This refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a refund on your order. This policy covers our online experience sales.

How many days do I have to refund my item?
We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can cancel any item ordered free of charge, within 7 days of payment. The 7-day window starts on the day you effectively booked the experience.
If you pass that date, we do not offer any refunds.
To notify us of your refund, please contact our customer support team through email on email@example.com.
Once we are informed of your intent to cancel your order, your refund process will begin.
You do not have to provide any reason for the cancellation or refund. However, we would love to get more feedback on the reason of your cancellation so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.
What type of refund can I expect?
If you cancel your order within the 7-day window aforementioned, we will refund you by bank transfer or to the original mode of payment.
If you cancel your order after that period but before 24 hours of the experience, a deduction of Rs500 person shall be made and the rest will be credited back to original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
When will I receive my refund?
We will proceed with the refund within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request. We might however delay the refund If until the booked experience is completed.
How much will the refund be?
The refund will cover your order amount including tax.
