Dear Esteemed Schools and Budding Artists,

We are delighted to extend a formal invitation to participate in the upcoming Climate Change and Sustainability Competition, an initiative designed to ignite young minds through the powerful mediums of art and awareness. This competition offers a unique platform for students to explore critical themes of climate change and sustainability through painting, poster-making, and article writing.

Our aim is to foster self-expression, critical thinking, and environmental consciousness, nurturing a generation inspired to be part of global solutions.

Key Competition Details:

Themes: Climate Change and Sustainability
Categories: Painting, Poster-Making, and Article Writing
Age Groups:
- Group 1: Classes 1st to 4th
- Group 2: Classes 5th to 8th
- Group 3: Classes 9th to 12th
Entry Limit: Each school may submit a maximum of 3 entries per category per age group (27 entries total per school).

Painting

Theme: Climate Change and Sustainability
Participants: 3 entries per group.
Size: A3 sheet
Medium: Any (crayons, watercolors, acrylics, pencils, mixed media, etc.)

Poster-Making

Theme: Climate Change and Sustainability
Participants: 3 entries per group.
Size: A3 sheet
Medium: Any (collage, sketch, paints, etc.)

Article Writing

Theme: Climate Change and Sustainability
Participants: 3 entries per group.
Word Count: Up to 1000 words
Language: English or Hindi

Important: No plagiarism; content must be original

Certificates & Prizes

-Every participant will receive a certificate of participation.

-Winners in each group and category will be awarded cash prizes, medals, and special incentives.

-Recognition will also be given for creativity, originality, and artistic expression.

Judging Criteria

Participants’ entries will be evaluated based on:

-Creativity & Originality

-Finishing & Presentation

-Relevance to the theme

-Message Clarity (especially for articles and posters)

Last Date to Submit Physical Entries: 10th September 2025
Exhibition of Selected Entries: 16th September 2025
Results Announcement: 16th September 2025

All participants will receive a certificate of participation, with winners awarded cash prizes, medals, and special incentives for their creativity, originality, and artistic expression. Selected entries will be showcased at a special exhibition on the main event day.
