In a grand celebration of the Christmas spirit, Hidden Treasures and Envelop present a meticulously curated event, a tale of all things Christmas carnival, featuring a remarkable lineup of artists and over 100 pop-ups to immerse in. The event promises two days of curated entertainment, a vibrant food court, and community spaces fostering closer connections. All of this and much more, while immersing in the holly-jolly vibes and creating memorable times.

Security & Liability

TWF is not responsible for overnight security of stalls. We request you to pack up all items by the end of Day 1 on 25th December. We are not liable for any loss or damage to goods left behind.

TWF will not be responsible for any losses due to natural or unforeseen calamities during the event.

TWF holds no liability for event cancellations or date changes due to reasons beyond our control, including natural calamities or government requirements.

Visitor Footfall & Marketing

While TWF will make every effort to market the event and attract visitors, we do not guarantee specific footfall numbers and cannot be held liable for attendance.

Conduct & Compliance
-
TWF reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the event without reimbursement if they violate any terms & conditions or act against the event’s spirit or interests.

Booth Booking & Payment Terms
-
The booth price, plus 18% GST, will be charged.
-
Cancellation at any time after booking will not entitle you to a refund of the booth amount.

TWF reserves the right to decline participation if your products do not meet the quality or match the images provided at the time of booking, or for any misconduct.

Stall Space & Setup Regulations
-
The size of the stall booked is the usable area for the show.
-
Extensions of any kind beyond this space will not be permitted.

You may decorate your stall, but TWF reserves the right to refuse decorations that do not align with the event’s aesthetics.

Additional Equipment & Charges
-
An additional chargeable items list will be provided once the booth is booked. These items are provided by a third party, and TWF will collect payments on their behalf.

Ordered items are charged upon request, so please order only what you need. Extras will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event.

Mirrors will be placed on a sharing basis.

Branding & Display Guidelines
-
No sale signs are allowed, and brand banners can be hung only inside the booth.
-
No clothes or products should be hung on the walls or the front façade of the booth. Items displayed in this way will be removed.

We support a no-plastic policy. Please use only paper and cloth bags for packaging.

Electricity, Lighting, and Safety
-
The TWF Team reserves the right to prohibit the use of extra electrical equipment, lighting, or live fire without prior written permission. Unauthorized use is a major safety risk.

Any damage resulting from unauthorized equipment use will be fully recoverable from the responsible participant.

Sales, Taxes & Compliance
-
Your personal sales, GST, and other tax requirements arising from your business are solely your responsibility. TWF is not liable for your sales or sales records during the event.

If you are traveling from a state outside Rajasthan, please apply for Casual GST.

Note:

Booth price + GST 18% as applicable will be charged.

At the time of the booking 50% of the total price will need to be paid.

Remaining balance can be paid latest by 25th November, 2025.

All booths are made with fabric partition

All table spaces can be replaced with anything from the extras list.

Guidelines
- We operate the Cityscope Platform as an intermediary platform on which tours and activities ("Activity") are offered online by a variety of local activity providers such as museums, hosts, and tour guides around India ("Suppliers" or "Hosts").
- Activities may include guided tours, cooking classes, sightseeing tours, boat trips, attraction tickets, and other services.
- We act as a commercial agent for Suppliers.
- Descriptions, photographs, and other content originate from the respective Suppliers, and we have no direct influence over such content.
- Experiences and activities published are a joint IP between Suppliers and Cityscope.
- We do not accept liability for errors or omissions in a Contributor's listing.
- Contributors are responsible for all information published on the Cityscope platform.
- To make changes, Contributors should email business@analog.ventures. Requested changes will be processed within 3 working days.
- The Activity contract is concluded exclusively between you and the Supplier or Host.
- When you purchase an Activity through Cityscope, you are purchasing directly from the Supplier or Host.
- We are authorized by Suppliers to facilitate bookings and collect payments on their behalf.
- We may discontinue our services at any time and there is no right to continuation.
Terms & Conditions
- Participants agree to abide by all rules and instructions provided.
- Cityscope reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for updates and changes.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel 72-48 hours before the event starts: 100% refund to customer.
- Cancel 24-48 hours before the event starts: 50% refund to customer.
- Cancel within 24 hours or No-show: No refund.
- Unless a Host has published any other specific policies or terms, this standard policy applies.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
- The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, typically within 5-7 business days.
