- To make changes, Contributors should email business@analog.ventures. Requested changes will be processed within 3 working days.
- The Activity contract is concluded exclusively between you and the Supplier or Host.
- When you purchase an Activity through Cityscope, you are purchasing directly from the Supplier or Host.
- We are authorized by Suppliers to facilitate bookings and collect payments on their behalf.
- We may discontinue our services at any time and there is no right to continuation.

- Participants agree to abide by all rules and instructions provided.
- Cityscope reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for updates and changes.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel 72-48 hours before the event starts: 100% refund to customer.
- Cancel 24-48 hours before the event starts: 50% refund to customer.
- Cancel within 24 hours or No-show: No refund.
- Unless a Host has published any other specific policies or terms, this standard policy applies.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
- The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, typically within 5-7 business days.
