- We do not accept liability for errors or omissions in a Contributor's listing.
- Contributors are responsible for all information published on the Cityscope platform.
- To make changes, Contributors should email business@analog.ventures. Requested changes will be processed within 3 working days.
- The Activity contract is concluded exclusively between you and the Supplier or Host.
- When you purchase an Activity through Cityscope, you are purchasing directly from the Supplier or Host.
- We are authorized by Suppliers to facilitate bookings and collect payments on their behalf.
- We may discontinue our services at any time and there is no right to continuation.

The descriptions, photographs, and other content for its own Activities originate from the respective Suppliers. We therefore have no direct influence on such content. Experiences and activities published are a joint IP between suppliers and Cityscope. We do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions of Contributor’s listing. Contributor shall responsible for all the details on Cityscope portal. In case of making changes Contributor should write an e-mail at “business@analog.ventures” which shall be amended within 3 working days as requested.\n The provision of the Activity is concluded exclusively and directly between you and the Supplier. When you buy an Activity on the Cityscope Platform, you are not buying anything from us, but directly from the Supplier or host. We act as a commercial agent for the Suppliers and are commissioned and authorized by the Suppliers to conclude transactions directly between Suppliers and Users, e.g. you, and for the account of the Suppliers and to collect payments from the Users. We may discontinue our services and performances at any time; there is no right to continuation In the interest of a fast and smooth process, you may direct questions about your booking to the Cityscope customer service. As commercial agents, we support the Suppliers in this process. We usually answer within 24 hours, or at the latest usually within 48 hours. The communication between you and the Supplier can be done directly. In case of emergency, the contact details of the respective Supplier can be found on your voucher/ticket. We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you are accurate. These apply to all visitors to and users of the Cityscope Platform and to all content within the offered operating systems (currently iOS, Android) (“Users”). As soon as you use the Cityscope Platform, you are obliged to comply with our privacy policy and platform guidelines. If you would like to submit an order/become a contributor to the Website to purchase one of the products/services listed on the Website, you will need to register for an account on the Website which you will be able to access on the Website through the “Contributor” part of the Website. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel 72-48 hours before the event starts: 100% refund to customer.
- Cancel 24-48 hours before the event starts: 50% refund to customer.
- Cancel within 24 hours or No-show: No refund.
- Unless a Host has published any other specific policies or terms, this standard policy applies.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
- The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, typically within 5-7 business days.
