1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment. 3. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.
4. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.
5. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

7. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer. 8. Alcohol will be served to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof. 9. Artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
10. Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons. In case anyone is found violating the rules, will be asked to vacate or denied entry into the event despite holding a valid ticket WITHOUT any refund.
11. Organizers or any of its agents, officers and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
12. By purchasing the tickets you acknowledge that the organisers have the right to use the event and crowd footages for any form of promotions
13. Please note the following items are strictly prohibited in the venue during the event: GoPro cameras, Backpacks, Liquor, Outside food, Cigarettes, Sharp objects, cameras, pets, e-cigarettes, lighters, drones, weapons, inflammable substances, helmets, illegal substances, perfume and deodorants.
14. It is mandatory to follow all govt rules and regulations to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Strict checking will be done before entry. Guests need to provide full cooperation with the staff.
15. Any disputes to be settled under Mumbai jurisdiction courts only.
16. The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the venue.
17. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used offensively or dangerously, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
18. Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guests; Joltz Events and Management encourages guests to drink responsibly and in moderation.
19. Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
20. Professional cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol, and cigarettes are not allowed from outside the venue. Food and beverages will be available inside the venue.
