Creative Reset is a mindful creative experience designed to help you pause, reconnect, and create space for yourself through simple and meaningful art activities. This session includes Butterfly Thought, Plastic is Fantastic, Memory Collage, Ice Painting, Mind Maps, and a Letter-to-Self reflection activity, where creativity meets self-expression and reflection. Through these easy-to-do experiences, participants can explore thoughts, emotions, and perspectives in a relaxed and welcoming environment. No artistic skills are required the focus is on the journey rather than perfection. All art materials and resources will be provided; you simply need to bring yourself and an open mind. 🌻
