From 26–29 August, Bengaluru hosts a dense lineup of dance and music, from Mayuri Upadhya’s multilingual production Bhakti – A Shared Longing on 29 August at Prestige Centre for Performing Arts to Tamate: A Drum of the People, a folk drum lecture-demonstration and drum circle at the Indian Music Experience Museum on 29 August. Contemporary dance fans can join Playful Body, an intermediate workshop at Bangalore International Centre on 26 August, and attend Re-Garde, a free RSVP-based performance exploring perception at Alliance Française de Bangalore on 27 August.
