India’s First Govt Cardiac Centre Opens in Jaipur

A state-of-the-art five-storey Cardiac Centre has been built near the emergency wing of SMS Hospital, Jaipur, at a cost of ₹37 crore. With 250 beds, 5 cath labs, and 4 OTs, it is India’s first government-run heart centre of its kind. Certified by NABH and JCI, this is also Rajasthan’s first government building with such recognition. The centre marks a major milestone in advancing public cardiac care in India. Source: DB
