Manipal University Jaipur Sets Record with India’s Largest Veg Shakshuka

The Hotel Management Department of Manipal University Jaipur has attempted to set a Limca Book of Records entry by preparing the largest and heaviest vegetarian shakshuka in the country. The special dish measured 8 feet in length and 4 feet in width, weighing a massive 323.7 kilograms. It was prepared in 1 hour 23 minutes with the collaborative effort of 4 chefs and 69 students.
