# India’s First Sickle Cell Wellness Hub Established at RNT Pediatric Hospital, Udaipur

Udaipur’s RNT Pediatric Hospital has set up India’s first Sickle Cell Wellness Hub, developed by the Novo Nordisk Education Foundation Trust at a cost of over ₹25 lakh. The hub includes a consultation room, renovated ward, waiting area, play area, and digital data facilities. Since 2022, the hospital has been running a Center of Excellence, making it the second such center in India before the new hub’s launch. Source: DB
