Rajasthan’s Sunita Dhobi Wins Bronze at Senior Para Powerlifting Championship

Sunita Dhobi, a teacher from Kishangarh-Renwal, Rajasthan, won a bronze medal in the 79 kg category at the 22nd Senior Para Powerlifting Championship held in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, from March 16 to 18. Despite wearing a caliper on one leg, Sunita showcased remarkable strength. She has also qualified for the 2nd Khelo India Para Championship, scheduled from March 21 to 26 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi. Sunita clinched gold in the previous edition. Source: DB
