The 21st Padma Shri Devi Lal Samar Smriti National Theatre Festival will be held at Shilpgram, Udaipur on February 25, 26, and 28. February 25: Kapaas Ke Phool by KITE Acting Studio, Mumbai, directed by Saheb Nitish. February 26: Khoya Hua Aadmi. February 28: Ek Tha Manto by Manch-Rangmanch, Amritsar, directed by Kewal Dhaliwal.
