Prof. Balveer S. Tomar, the founder of NIMS University in Jaipur, has been appointed as the International President of the World Health Summit. This marks the first time that an Indian will represent as a president in a global conference of the World Health Organization. The World Health Summit serves as a global platform for international dialogue on global health. The World Health Summit will be held this year from October 13th to 15th in Berlin, Germany.
