The women's handball team from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University in Udaipur became West Zone champions, with the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur earning the silver and Sukhadia University taking the bronze in a competition hosted in Udaipur. Remarkably, all top three teams hail from Rajasthan, with Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner, securing fourth place.
